Account Security Obligations

Account Closure by You

Account Suspension or Closure by bhajee

Where a closure is made for other reasons (e.g., business decision), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard processing checks.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bhajee operates its platform with a commitment to fair play and transparent operation, and will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally before any formal process is initiated.
Dispute Resolution Process
